Getting started
Set up your organisation
Prepare your organisation for a consistent assessment process and manage who takes part.

A clear setup helps teams run assessments consistently and understand who is responsible for each stage.
Agree on the review
Define the subject, purpose, scope and period before people start answering questions. Choose assessment content that fits the review and explain what is outside scope.
Bring in the right people
Identify who will coordinate the assessment, who can provide supporting information and who will review the result. Give people access suited to their responsibilities and revisit it when roles change.
Set a review rhythm
Agree how findings will be checked, how actions will be assigned and when the result will be revisited. That makes the assessment easier to repeat and helps leaders see progress over time.
