Find published guides, browse by topic and ask for help when you need it.

Find an answer
Enter a few words in the Knowledge Centre search box. Search covers all published articles. This includes guides that do not appear on a category card.
Browse by topic
Choose a category to narrow the results.
Select an article title to read the guide.
Use the back link to return to your search.
You can also browse all articles or read the assessment fundamentals.
Ask for help
Use the support form if you still need help. Add a clear subject. Explain what you were trying to do. Do not include passwords or confidential assessment records.
Keep your request reference. Include it when you contact us again. Replies to your receipt go to the SignalStamp support mailbox.
