View and share reports
Understand what SignalStamp reports show and how to share findings responsibly.

A useful report helps its reader understand what was assessed, what the result means and what happens next.
Check the scope
Confirm the assessment period, included teams or activities and the supporting information behind important findings. Describe a result at the scope that was actually reviewed.
Choose the audience
Decide what leaders, committees or other stakeholders need to know. Include the key strengths, gaps, uncertainty and actions in language that supports a decision. Review personal and commercially sensitive information before sharing.
Follow through
Give each action an owner and a review date. Use the next assessment to explain what has improved and what still needs work.
