Navigate the dashboard
Use the administrator dashboard to find active work, review requests and your latest finalised result.

Before you start
Sign in as an organisation administrator. Check the organisation name at the top of the page. The dashboard shows work for that organisation. Your subscription affects which features you can use.
Find your next task
Open Dashboard in the main navigation.
If Getting started is visible, use its checklist to confirm organisation details and start your first assessment.
Check Organisation overview. The summary shows active assessments, work ready for review, items assigned to you and overdue controls.
Read Needs your attention. Open the relevant assessment to understand the issue before making changes.
Use Assessment portfolio to find current work. Select View all for the full assessment list.
Read results in context
Latest finalised result shows a fixed assessment result. It is separate from work still in progress. Check which assessment the result belongs to before discussing it with your team.
Manage the organisation
Account snapshot shows your current plan and seat usage. Use Quick actions to open organisation settings, manage the team or view reports.
If the dashboard looks empty
A new workspace may have no assessments or finalised results. This is not a score of zero. Check the organisation name and use Assessments to begin the first review.
