KPI programmes

Schedule recurring reviews and assessments

Set review timing, record events and follow recurring assessment work through to completion.

Updated 9 September 2026

Before you start

You need administrator access and a Program or Enterprise plan to configure a KPI programme. Confirm the organisation timezone first. Decide whether each review should follow a calendar or an event.

Set the review timing

  1. Open the programme draft and find the KPI or assessment source you want to schedule.

  2. Review Cadence type.

  3. For a calendar schedule, choose Frequency and First review.

  4. For an event schedule, choose Trigger and Due within days. Add a custom trigger name if needed.

  5. Check the accountable owner or assessment owner.

  6. Save the draft and review the schedule before activating the programme version.

Manage work when it is due

Open the programme’s Reviews area to see review work. Check the due date and owner. Complete the required measurement or assessment before recording the review outcome.

For an event, use Record trigger when the event occurs. Follow the form to create the review. Configuring an event trigger does not mean the app can detect that event in another system.

Recurring assessments

Check the assessment source, published template and subject before starting the review. Confirm the scope of the new assessment. Follow the normal answer, evidence and approval process before finalising it.

Changing a schedule

The active programme configuration is protected. Prepare a new version for a substantive schedule change. Check existing review work rather than assuming a new schedule has removed earlier obligations.
