Three useful terms
A framework provides a structure for assessment content. An imported standalone framework can also be used as its own questionnaire.
A module groups related assessment content.
An assessment template brings published content together for a particular review and scope.
This guide is for administrators choosing content for their organisation. The options you can use depend on the workspace, available content and subscription permissions.
Choose content for the task
Decide what you will assess and why.
Open Assessments and start a new assessment.
Review the Assessment content selector. Use only the options available in your workspace.
Select Preview selected content (opens in a new tab). Check the questions and intended scope.
Confirm that the content fits your review before continuing.
When only classic content appears
Your workspace may show only SignalStamp AI Readiness. The presence of templates or modules elsewhere in the product does not mean every workspace can select them. Do not treat a missing option as proof that your assessment is broken.
Understand versions
Published content has a version. Existing assessment history should remain tied to the content used for that assessment. A later content change should not be described as a change to an earlier result.
Before comparing results, check that the content and scope are suitable for comparison. Ask for help if you cannot identify which content to use.
